Shoulders only?

I have hit nerves in the glutes and in the quads. In the glutes, just don't go down too far. On the quads, stay away from the center. But seriously, alternating is the best policy. I used to do bi's, delts, quads, and glutes. Now, since I don't as many shots, just glutes.

I remember back in the day we use to get prop in bladders and I would put 2.5ml in each calve or lat (that's right my lats) didn't I learn the hard way! I'd even go 2.5ml in each shoulder every three days or so fuck I couldn't even sleep unless on my back or stomach! Shoulder pain, calf pain people would be you ok at work oh yes I strain my calves hahaha
 
How does injecting the bi's feel? I've always heard all the negative surrounding since Greg Valentino lolol.. I've always been kind of skeptical.

I never had any problems with Bi's just make sure you stretch back the skin as per normal so you don't pop it in. Make sure you massage after well. I would stay away from prop in the Bi's will make training a nightmare given how much we rely on biceps!

Yeah I don't want it to hinder lifts let alone sleep haha. I'm reading on the pec though.. To many people saying too many things.. Fuck it just gonna pin the glutes
