Shoulder killing me, can barely raise arm, Could it be an abcess?

It wouldnt be an abcess so soon..dont stress that. You are just having some injection pain you would have alot of swelling and redness if it was an abcess it would resemble a cyst.
Its prob just were the oil settled. Have you tried splitting the shots 1.5ml per delt? IM on the same ml per shot right now. Ill do the 3cc's in one shot in my quad and when its shoulder time i split it.

I asm most definetely going to be splitting shots into delt/tricep from now on. @cc into the delt then the last 1cc into my side tricep. I don't ever want to have my shoulder feel this way again. I just popped 2 vicaden and 2 advil for pain and inflamation and am now heading to gym. Thanks for all the help and advice guys.

never go anything over 1cc in the shoulder,anything more should be done in the glutes or thigh.3cc is way to much
