short or long cycle

Iam going to be starting a 1 ad and 4ad stack, my question is am I better off taking a higher dosage for say 4 weeks, or the normal dosage (Start at 300mgs a day for 1st week, add maybe another 250 for the weeks 2,3,4,5 and week six say 300ngs).

Depends what you wanna do...If you want to pack on the most mass. do a 8 week cycle or 4on 4off 4on 4off. I would do 400mg of 1-AD nothing more unless you weight over say 250.

If you do 8 weeks, get some 6OXO post cycle.

do the longer cycle, you will get better results. 8 weeks on, 8 weeks off
