This is my second cycle- 1st one with deca & primo went OK 9months ago- I am trying to get a hard look so I would apreciate any help from you. I am by the way 36y old and about 100Kg with 18%BF. I also train 4 times a week. Do I go hard with cardio? Do I weight lift heavy or more reps ?
