I love these coffee syrups in my protein shakes!!!
They do have 4 carbs per ounce.. I usally only need 2T so it's really only a carb or 2...and since it's around my weights I'm not worried!

Twitch response. In Laymen terms certain muscle fibers are firing and causing little contractions in the muscle.
