I just pop it in the microwave and keep stirring it every 30 seconds or so.. It takes a little bit.. The non-natural ones melt down a lot easier.... All that added junk to them! ;)

LOL I was cussing, shaking my hands and eating the pb off the tips of my fingers trying to roll that dern banana in hot anpb. Tips of my fingers got a little toasty!

They're surprisingly filling!

Yup just like T said... bout 30 seconds, stirred it then 30 more seconds and it was pretty melted :p Then I rolled it in Go Lean crunch because that was all I had... no granola in my house or I eat it all :lmao:

What about skewing the banana like a shish kabob... and rolling it in the stuff? No PB or burning fingers...

Yeah or I was just walking down the hallway thinking... You could use a corn on the cob dish melt the pb in it.. or a butter dish... and get the corn on the cob thingies and poke them in each end of the banana and roll it that way...

I just poured the PB over the banana then crushed up the cereal over the top... it was good that way :chomp: ANd you are right very filling!!!

My pb didn't get quite that melty. It was still a little sticky after a minute, but it was so hot that I didn't want to put it in any longer.

Treil - I left the corn on the cob pokers at the other house since corn isn't in my diet anymore ~sad~ one of my favorites too......

Are your squats ATF? or at least slightly below parallel? Curious

Do you prefer or vary with walking or standing lunges? Walking in one continuous movement kicks my butt but helps with balance sometimes :) Also throwing a knee up & getting a nice glute squeeze in there :D I still fall over but walk around the gym .. then get mad when people walk in front of me .. "Can't ya see I'm walkin ova hea?!?"

You ever do weighted step ups? Like on a flat bench hold plates of DB and SQUEEZE the glutes, alternating legs? Killer ...

Reverse BB Lunges I'm going to attempt again to *round* my glutes ... see how THAT works :D

Did the cardio today help loosen you up & get the blood flowing & ease up the ache from the awesome leg w/o?

Yup, squats are always at least parallel at the highest. I try to go as low as possible. Yesterday I was feeling strain in my sciatic :rolleyes:

I've done the walking lunges, but with the stationary ones I can really concentrate on the glute. With walking, it takes a lot of stabilization so the emphasis comes off the glute (not what I want). So I prefer the stationary :)

Use to do weighted step ups - but I really like lunges - so I stick with 'em. Step ups hit quads too but I get that with my other leg work....it's alllllllll good! :)

I've been hitting calves 3-5x a week while I'm at work. I just do my bodyweight for 3-4 sets of 50. It's WORKING!!!! Got veins poppin' out of my calves now!!!! Yay!!!!!!!!!!! (I'll get a pic soon)

The legs were already a little sore this AM - they're now a little more than sore.....tomorrow will be the BEST! :lmao:

Good luck rounding out those glutes! lol I'd love to give you some of mine!!! lol

Wow - this is good stuff! How long/how many weeks have you been doing this? Calves are tough for me, but I can manage @ work, easily!

I've been doing them this way for a couple of months now. I can't just work them with heavy weight once or twice a week because that doesn't work for me. My calves are stubborn and hard to grow! lol

I was going for 3x week at the gym, but only getting them in twice max.

I like the idea of high reps @ bodyweight at work or home. They're easy to sneak in! :D

Hi all! Didn't have a chance to be on at all after Saturday. Hope everyone had a nice weekend.

WW - well, my weekend was COMPLETELY uneventfull due to someone wanting every second of my time. I didn't get any work done, no grocery shopping (and I'm starving), and nothing that I wanted to do by myself. :(

Hope yours was better than mine.

Ahhhhhh, just got my order from dps. Good thing.....I didn't bring much to eat today and was counting on a protein bar.

I have this twitch going on in my delt. It's been doing it for over 24 hours now......how annoying!

Hold it (twitch area) with opposite hand and stretch it simultaneously.

OK, we'll see if that works. I've been stretching, applying firm pressure, massaging.......just won't quit. What causes that? Last week it was my quad.


will2b - it's REALLY good. The coffee house across the street has it. I was lucky enough to get a little of my daughter's sandwich because she couldn't eat it all. :D

Twitch response. In Laymen terms certain muscle fibers are firing and causing little contractions in the muscle. Stretching it out should help stop the problem.
