I have my Ibuprofin right here and I also brought my ice pack with me today. It's been pretty sore today for some reason. Haven't trained since Friday. She's coming in to work on me at 5:00 and then I'm going straight to the gym, so I don't know if it would be wise to train chest or not.....I'll probably flip flop that with legs and do chest tomorrow. I'll get to stretching the chest out as much as possible. Funny you said that because I feel like chest is one of my weak points so I train it heavier, but everything else lighter during cutting. I could do more than 5# for the rotator, but it's just a warm-up, so I didn't think I needed anything heavier....do I?
