Handfull Hot & Spicy Cheez-Itz (I'd been STARVING all day and they were staring at me :( )

(14 oz Canned Chic Breast, 1 Large Potato (cubed), 1 1/4 Cup Green Beans, 3 Egg Whites, 1/2 Cup LDR Ranch Dressing & Garlic Powder - all mixed up together & cooked on stovetop)

does anyone else get chills when training calves? At the end of my set when I hit failure, I get chills and goosebumps

cant say that I have yet ... hmm guess that means i have to work em harder? ;)

I've done this since I first started training in '92. Just never really thought about it before this AM - lol

LOL - well the box is almost empty now! lol

I feel MUCH better in the AM after I get my cardio in......it's just one of those things where the hardest part is actually GETTING there.....after that, it's all good :)
