10# Plate Behind Head - 2 sets of 10

Seated Leg Curl
40# x 12, 70# x 10, 70# x 8

Lateral Raises
10# DBs x 10, 15# DBs x 10 - 2 sets

Bent Over Flies
10# DBs x 10, 15# DBs x 10 - 2 sets

Shrugs (Grrrrrr, waited for the SM and a couple guys grabbed it while I wasn't looking)
25# DBs x 10, 35# DBs x 10 - 2 sets

Pulldowns
50# x 10, 70# x 10, 85# x 8

Seated Rows
50# x 10, 70# x 10 - 2 sets

I've noticed.....when I was training at home with ALL PLATES I could not do the same weight I did today. I don't know if it's the difference between the actual plate weight vs machines w/pins, or if the commercial equipment is just more smooth and easier to work with. Anyway, another great workout!

Yep, it's the CYBEX! As soon as I saw the word I remembered. I LOVE that thing!!! I shouldn't even be doing cardio right now.....

I'm LOVING the new scene! Think I found a condo too! :)

I KNEW IT! It's so addicting :)

The dont have em at my new gym, but added I think 6 more (with & without the upper body arms) at the old one. :)

Thanks, ladies! I'm feelin' great - and sore pretty much all over! lol

Was supposed to train bi's & tri's today, but the meeting with my broker/realtor took 3 hours. She's very thorough....was also an NY attorney, so she covers EVERYTHING. She's totally AWESOME! Anyway, made an offer. They have until 6 PM tomorrow night to accept or counter.

I don't know how much I'll be on over the weekend, so if I don't make it back to the computer.....hope everyone has an AWESOME weekend! :)
