Yeah I'm suprised you are not getting headaches then also. you can reciprocal heat and ice your neck (15-20 minutes each). Also if you can't get to the therapist you can do some massaging on your own neck.

I'm OK, Girls!! Thank you for checking up on me! :heart:

I'm getting busy here at the studio with spring break coming up and then had to go train and then had to go look at a couple condo's. I stayed out at my dads last night so I was visiting with family. By the time I sat down to check in it was 9:00 last night and my eyes just didn't want to focus on the screen. So I gave up and we watched RedEye (just ok, btw). Didn't have a good dinner before I went to bed (grape tomatoes, ff potato chips and a couple pretzels) :rolleyes: I need to train family to always keep protein around for me!!! lol

After training chest and abs yesterday morning, I'm SORE!!!! From doing flies (which I always do), I'm sore all the way down into my bi's! My upper and lower abs are SCREAMING!!!!! YESSSSSSSSS!!!!! I think you work a little harder when you're around strangers. I felt like I was training hard at home, but training in public takes it to a higher level. (the girls are staring at me already! snicker, snicker)

Didn't like any of the condo's yesterday. Well, I liked one, but a renter had lived in it last and it showed. Going to look at another one today - I think it's the one. It's a one owner (older woman) condo who really took pride in her home, so I'm pretty sure it'll meet my standards.

Subway - I knew my dad wasn't going to have the food I needed, so I decided to get something at least half decent before I got there. It's a good thing I'm not cutting right now!

6" Turkey (dbl meat) on wheat, lettuce, spinach, tomato, jalapenos, cucumber, vinegar & oil

7:30 on
Grape tomatoes, ff potato chips, a couple pretzels
2 turtles (had to have a little chocolate)
