great job on posting the macros yesetdray hun ... carbs seemed a little low... sorry if I missed if it was intentional ... how was energy level?

I may be joining the 4Kcal club this evening in celebration of my Aunt coming to visit!!! Also to scare the doc when the scale weight jumps up 10 lbs (+170) then in a month is back down to 150 LOL ... I'm bad .. I know :)

Thanks girl... and yup it was intentional, giving carb cycling a try again and yesterday was a low day so thats why :) Energy was a little low but not too bad... I think that was due to boss pissing me off though because it made me have a great workout ;) So the 4k club huh?? And do you got pictures for proof :chomp: :FRlol:

Hmmmmm, I was looking at your workout yesterday - those pushdowns......I'm thinkin' our machines must be WAY different. Does yours have plates with the lbs on it, or just plates with a 1, 2, 3...etc on them?

No they showed weight amounts... but it was on a machine... trust me when I do them on the cable cross machine (like at my gym) they are usually at 40-50 lbs ;) And I didn't turn into superwoman over night :lmao: So the machine must've had less resistance or something :whatever:
