-1/2 cup oats
-1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

11:30 a.m.
-4 oz chicken
-1 cup broccoli
-1/4 kidney beans

4:00 p.m.
-4 oz chicken
-5 oz sweet tato
-1 cup baby spinach

7:30 p.m.
-6 oz chicken

8:00 p.m.
Time to go hit the legs!
Quads: Single leg extensions (15 x 30 lbs) 3 sets
Hams: Lying leg curls (12 x 50 lbs) 3 sets

Quads: Ballet squats (10 x 110 lbs) 3 sets
Hams: Lunges w 20 lb DB's (Length of bball court and back) 3 times

Calves: Single leg Calf Press (10 x 50 lbs) 3 sets
ABs: Bicycles (60 sec) 3 sets

9:00 p.m.
-Steamed shrimp
-Mixed veggies (broc, water chestnuts, mini corns, green beans, peppers)

11:30 p.m.
-5 egg whites
-1 oz almonds

But honestly, my legs were A OK this morning, otherwise I would have taken the morning off... trust me :)
