Treadmill:
-5 min warm up (incline 3, speed 3)
-30 min intervals (incline 1, speed 4/7/10 all 30 sec)
-5 min jog (incline 10, speed 3.5)
Total Body Cross Ramp
-15 min glute program, resistance 8

***I forgot what a little B&%$h cardio is when ya forget CB :rolleyes: ***

8:00 a.m.
-1/2 cup oats
-2 egg whites (dropped other two on floor :( )
-so added 1/2 scoop protein powder
-1 tbl pumpkin pie spice
Stirred it all together and baked it into cookies :p

12:30 p.m.
-4 oz chicken
-1 cup green beans

3:35 p.m.
-4 oz chicken
-1 1/2 cups broccoli

6:45 p.m.
Pre-WO shake
-8 oz gatorade
-1 scoop isolate

7:10 p.m.
-10 min jog on treadmill
Chest: ISO Incline Press (10 x 70 lbs) 4 sets
Tri: Overhead DB Extensions (12 x 15 lbs) 4 sets

Chest: Chest dips (12 x 70 lbs) 1 set (10 x 80 lbs) 3 sets
Tri: DB Kickbacks (12 x 15 lbs) 2 sets (8 x 20 lbs) 2 sets

CHest: Incline DB flies (12 x 20 lbs) 4 sets
Tri: Close grip DB press (12 x 20 lbs) 4 sets

SHoulders: DB Press (12 x 20 lbs) 4 sets
Shoulders: Upright rows (10 x 45 lbs) 4 sets

8:05 p.m.
PWO shake
-6 oz gatorade
-1 scoop isolate

9:00 p.m.
-2 cups baby spinach leaves
-5 oz chicken
-7 almonds

11:00 p.m.
-11 almonds
-4 egg whites

I'll take 1/2 their cardio load off your back! I need to get my arse doing cardio regularly again! bf is up a little over 1% :eek2:

Quite the difference, isn't it? CB takes a long time to kick in for me, so I only get to take it on Sat mornings since I do my cardio a little later in the morning. On weekdays, I cannot make myself wake up at 4am just to pop those in....but it does make cardio that much more of a drag!

Oh yes it sure is a difference, but still dug deep for those sprints on the treadmill either way :) THey just go by MUCH quicker and less painlessly with some CB... well and probably if my legs weren't sore from yesterday :FRlol:
