Treadmill:
-5 min warm up (incline 3, speed 3)
-30 min intervals (incline 1, speed 4/7/10 all 30 sec)
-5 min jog (incline 10, speed 3.5)
Total Body Cross Ramp
-15 min glute program, resistance 8

-1/2 cup oats
-2 egg whites (dropped other two on floor

)
-so added 1/2 scoop protein powder
-1 tbl pumpkin pie spice
Stirred it all together and baked it into cookies
12:30 p.m.
-4 oz chicken
-1 cup green beans
3:35 p.m.
-4 oz chicken
-1 1/2 cups broccoli
