-Legs only allowed me to go about 99.9% :rolleyes:

8:00 a.m.
-1/2 cup oats
-1/2 scoop protein
-3 egg whites

9:00 a.m.
5 min warm up jog on the treadmill
Back: Bent over EZ bar rows (13 x 45 lbs) 1 set (10 x 55 lbs) 2 set (9 x 65 lbs)1 set
Biceps: Incline DB curls (10 x 20 lbs) 4 sets

Back: Seated low rows (12 x 70 lbs) 4 sets
Biceps: Hammer curls (12 x 15 lbs) 1 set (10 x 17.5 lb) 1 set (9 x 20 lbs) 2 sets

Back: Close grip pull down (12 x 80 lbs) 4 sets
Biceps: One arm Preacher curl (10 x 20 lb) 4 sets (first time w/20's all 4 :dance2:)

Shoulders: Seated rear delts (15 x 40 lbs) 1 set (12 x 50 lbs) 2 sets (10 x 60 lbs) 1 set
Calves: Donkey raises (25 x 210 lbs) 4 sets

10 min cool down on the elliptical

10:15 a.m.
PWO Shake
-12 oz gatorade
-1 scoop whey isolate

12:30 p.m.
-3 oz chicken
-5 oz sweet tato'
-2 cups romaine

4:15 p.m.
-4 oz chicken
-1 cup baby spinach
-1 cup broccoli

7:45 p.m.
-1 cup baby spinach
-5 oz sweet tato
-5 oz chicken

10:30 p.m.
-1 oz almonds
-4 egg whites
