Quite the difference, isn't it? CB takes a long time to kick in for me, so I only get to take it on Sat mornings since I do my cardio a little later in the morning. On weekdays, I cannot make myself wake up at 4am just to pop those in....but it does make cardio that much more of a drag!

Oh yes it sure is a difference, but still dug deep for those sprints on the treadmill either way :) THey just go by MUCH quicker and less painlessly with some CB... well and probably if my legs weren't sore from yesterday :FRlol:

Hey you!!! :wavey: Actually those "cookies" aren't bad at all but they do fix a sweet tooth :chomp: I just mix up the oats, protein powder, and add just enough water til it makes like crumbs, then put it in a pan and bake it for about 10 min at 300... today I threw the egg whites in there in place of the water just because :whatever: Figured its the last two... might as well use them up ;)

YOu can feel free to forever post in here too girlie... I don't mind one bit :rose:
