Hope you have a fabulous workout this morning!! :)

I feel your pain with the legs...mine are killing me. I guess that is what 3 weeks out of the weight room will do to ya!! :(

Awww... thanks Nelms ;) I did just that too... took the hill climbs kinda hard, but went easier on the sprints... must've heard your advice from the gym :lmao:

Thanks girlie :qt: I had the same problem... well kinda, I hadnt missed the gym but I'm usually a lazy @$$ when it comes to legs... not the other day though ;)

(p.s. I got the free passes all taken care of :D )
