-2 CB, take the pups outside, off to the gym....

6:00 a.m.
15 minutes jogging treadmill
35 min fat burner program step mill (alt levels 12-20)
10 min total body cross ramp (glute program resistance 10)
5 min cool down jog treadmill


8:00 a.m.
-1/2 cup oats
-4 egg whites
-1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

11:45p.m.
-1 1/2 cups mixed veggies (Broc, green beans, peppers)
-4 oz chicken

2:55 p.m.
-5 oz chicken
-4 oz sweet tato'

5:40 p.m.
PreWO Shake:
-2 scoops protein
-8 oz water

6:00 p.m.
Quads: single leg press (12 x 50 lbs) 4 sets each leg
Hams: lying leg curls (12 x 50 lbs) 4 sets
Shoulders: Rear delts (12 x 60 lbs) 4 sets

Quads: walking DB lunges length bball court n back (15 lbs DB) 4 sets
Hams: Stiff leg lifts (12 x 70 lbs) 4 sets
Shoulders: Lat raises (12 x 40 lbs) 4 sets

Quads: Seated leg ext single legs (15 x 30 lbs) 4 sets
Hams: Seated curls (15 x 40 lbs) 4 sets
SHoulders: DB press (12 x 20 lbs) 4 sets

6:45-7:45 p.m.
TKB- turbo kick boxing
15 min random ABS

8:15 p.m.
Umm we'll call this southwest scramble :p
-2 oz chicken
-1 cup broccoli
-1/4 diced onions
-2 egg white, 1 whole egg

10:45 p.m.
-4 egg whites
-1 oz almonds
