FRIDAY!!! :dance2: June 16, 2006

5:20 a.m.
-Took 2 desperately needed CB :lmao: (only got 2 hours of sleep BLAH)
-Off to the gym....

6:00-7:10 a.m.
Spin class
***Note to self: Seriously say screw the scales, :doublefi: it was high this a.m. yet pants are even looser again :D ***

7:30 a.m.
-1/2 cup oats
-1 scoop vanilla protein
-1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

10:30 a.m.
-2 scoops protein
-1/4 cup mixed berries

1:45 p.m.
-1 cup whole wheat pasta elbows
-1 cup spinach
-5 oz chicken

5:30 p.m.
PWO Smoothie
-2 scoops whey isolate
-1/3 banana
-1 tsp cinnamon

6:30 p.m. ***Please let me find the strength to get thru this one LOL my CB is at home***
10 minutes warm up on elliptical
Back: Bent over rows w/EZ bar (10 x 65 lbs) 4 sets
Biceps: Incline DB curls (10 x 15 lbs) 4 sets

Back: Seated low rows (10 x 70 lbs) 4 sets
Biceps: Hammer curls (10 x 15 lbs) 4 sets

Back: Close grip pull down (12 x 80 lbs) 4 sets
Biceps: Hammer curls (10 x 15 lbs) 4 sets

Shoulders: Bent over delts w/DB (10 x 12 lbs) 4 sets
Lower Back: Back extensions/supermans (15 reps) 4 sets

7:30 p.m.
PWO Shake
-1 bottle of Isopure

8:45 p.m.
-5 oz grilled turkey breast
-3 cups spinach leaves
-12 almonds
-1 tbl annies Rasberry Vinagarette :p

11:00 p.m.
-3 egg whites, 1 whole egg
-1 scoop protein
