Chest: Inline DB press palms facing (12 x 25 lbs) 4 sets

Tris: Overhead cable extension (12 x 20 lbs) 4 sets
Chest: Iso Lateral Bench press (12 x 60 lbs) 2 sets (10 x 70 lbs) 2 sets

Tris: Dips w/assist (12 x 50 lbs) 4 sets
Chest: Cable crossovers (12 x 50 lbs) 4 sets

Shoulders: Front lat raises (12 x 20 lbs) 4 sets
SHoulders: Upright rows (12 x 50 lbs) 2 sets (10 x 60 lbs) 2 sets

-5 oz spring mix/spinach
-5 oz albacore
-1/2 oz (8) almonds

11:00 p.m.
-1 scoop protein
-6 egg whites
