You know, I was planning on checking in around 4 or 5 at the hotel at Treil's show, but I'll make arangements to be there earlier. What time are you getting in?

Yup, get the am and pm workout in just about every day ;) Usually I do lat raises with dumbbells but today was a little crowded in that area, so I used the machine :)
