Saw your 5:30 AM and Cardio Breeze - how do you like it? Can you compare it to trex for me? I'm scared of the trex/empty stomach thing.

Sorry to chime in, but I'm going to do it anyway.... ;)

I've never taken Trex on an empty stomach - but it doesn't give me that BOOST for early morning empty stomach cardio....Trex DOES give me a boost, but it's a more steady, long-lasting one plus it makes me aggressive a bit which I love for weights.

The CB give me that "I need to keep doing X" type of boost, as in once I start running I need to keep going.....but no crash afterwards.....I like the CB specifically for cardio...
 
Chime in anytime hun... and you are right on the money ;) Well as far as the CB goes anyways. I haven't tried the TREX myself so I can't comment on it, but I do know the CB gives me that extra little boost for sure and I know another thing that I really like is you don't crash on it either :) Hope that helps... but I agree with Jens too!
