Yeah I hung some down by the mailboxes today with that pic I posted in here of her... so I'm hoping she turns up... but she is VERY lovable so whoever has her prob gonna keep her :worried:

Thanks hun!!! The tattoo is a picture I had drawn then I liked it so I got that... its a cross with angel wings at the top of it and little christian fish at the bottom ;)

Yes dear thats right (why do ya think I keep you and your mama in my prayers so often ;) ) I pretty much would say non-denominational... just because in MA I was brought up catholic but we didn't go much, then after moving to TX my parents split both remarried, and my step dad is Baptist so thats the kind of church we started going too.... hope that makes sense :)

TOTALLY makes sense!!! I fall in a similar place as far as religion.. I lean closer to Baptist then any of the others but formulated my own beliefs and opinions on everything and so I consider myself non-denom also!!

Your Biceps are starting to peak

You can see your waist shrink & back lean out nicely ... esp. lower back tighten up

I see more of a tricep going on :) :qt: hard to 'tell' with the lighting but I know it's there :)


Keep up the great work girl .. remember to treat yourself once a week once meal, even it it's something little ... you deserve it & it will NOT hurt your progress.

Your journal and others really helps me stay on track with mine, as sometimes I get frustrated with lack of progress and want to throw in the towel cause I want results overnite, I know that is silly. But just to say thanx for your journalling and pics as it truely is inspirational, and I will make a concerted effort with my journaling.

Sorry to chime in, but I'm going to do it anyway.... ;)

I've never taken Trex on an empty stomach - but it doesn't give me that BOOST for early morning empty stomach cardio....Trex DOES give me a boost, but it's a more steady, long-lasting one plus it makes me aggressive a bit which I love for weights.

The CB give me that "I need to keep doing X" type of boost, as in once I start running I need to keep going.....but no crash afterwards.....I like the CB specifically for cardio...
 
Chime in anytime hun... and you are right on the money ;) Well as far as the CB goes anyways. I haven't tried the TREX myself so I can't comment on it, but I do know the CB gives me that extra little boost for sure and I know another thing that I really like is you don't crash on it either :) Hope that helps... but I agree with Jens too!
