Mile jog on the treadmill
Tri's: Skull crushers (12 x 15 lbs) 3 sets
Chest: Incline DB Press (12 x 25 lbs) 3 sets

Tri's: DB kickbacks (15 x 15 lbs) (12 x 17.5 lbs) 2 sets
Chest: chest dips w/assist (12 x 50 lbs) 3 sets

Tri's: Pull downs (15 x 70 lbs) 3 sets
Chest: Cable cross (15 x 30 lbs) (12 x 40 lbs) 2 sets

Shoulders: Rear delt flies (15 x 50 lbs) (12 x 60 lbs) 2 sets
Calves: ONe leg raises on machine (25 x 50 lbs) 3 sets

Spin class :twirl: (This was great class... I killed my legs)

-10 oz bottled isopure

-2 cups romaine
-3 oz sweet tato'

5:00 p.m.
-1/4 cup blueberries
-MRP packet

8:00 p.m.
-2 cups spinach
-1/2 cup broccoli
-4 oz albacore tuna
-1 oz almonds

11:00 p.m.
-5 egg whites
-1 whole egg
-1 tsp cinnamon

Great pics!
Your journal and others really helps me stay on track with mine, as sometimes I get frustrated with lack of progress and want to throw in the towel cause I want results overnite, I know that is silly. But just to say thanx for your journalling and pics as it truely is inspirational, and I will make a concerted effort with my journaling.

Thank you so much Thuggie!!! Never really even realized the inspiration someone could get from this journal... I REALLY appreciate that :rose: (makes my day) And its knowing things like that, that also will help me stay on track! :)
