2 CB and off to the gym I go...

5:45 - 7:00 a.m.
30 minutes Hill program on the bike
35 minutes Fat burner program on Stair stepper
(was gonna do spin, but just wasn't feeling it this a.m.)

7:30 a.m.
-1/2 cup oats
-1 scoop protein

11:00 a.m.
-1/4 cup blueberries

1:00 p.m.
-2 cups spinach
-5 oz chicken
-3 oz diced up sweet tato (baked into croutons)
:p I :heart: this salad its very yummmmmy

5:00 p.m.
-MRP
-1/2 banana

7:00 p.m.
-1 oz almonds

9:15 p.m.
-5 oz grilled turkey breast
-1 1/2 mixed veggies (majority broccoli)

Total: 1322
Fat: 28 249 20%
Sat: 4 37 3%
Poly: 6 55 4%
Mono: 9 84 7%
Carbs: 115 348 27%
Fiber: 28 0 0%
Protein: 170 680 53%

Ugh!! Those early morning times sound painful..... :worried:
 
Holy Quackers! you were up and at it early :google:

I can get up at 5am............I just fall back asleep if I sit down anywhere. :worried:
