Inhale....lift....exhale on the way down.....pause between each rep.
If you think about the tempo in the way that you would do deads, resettingbetween each rep, you will have it.
REMEMEMBER - you arent extending your forearms to the sides......the palms face behind you the entire time...at the top of the lift...the upper arms should be parallel to the floor and the forearms perpendicular.
