well like i said 4-5 on average, 6k on a good day.

A huge eating day would be every 2-3 hours, just lots of calories; protein, carbs, fats.

Diet what off? The goal isn't sheer fat gain bro... And i don't want to start arguing with you again about it so leave it at that :p

lol @ needing some alcohol after trying to shop for a used car.
 
come on bro.....I didnt mean it like that......all I meant with with 5-6K a good portion will be stored unless you are a genetic freak......just take awhile to diet down and cut if you plan to....if you never do, thats great too....wasnt bashing you bro.....I'm tired of the 1-2lb a week max approach too......dont know what to do.

The calories are going to be used to build some serious strength that i'm lacking BIG TIME. pound for pound my strength blows ass... That's the main goal with the side goal of being bigger and leaner as always. I, mentally, will not and can not let my gut get out of control... that's always a given for me.

You do know what to do. You just can't seem to bring yourself to do it.


Eating chicken breast brown rice and broc right now. good clean meal... ketchup on it though. <--- you need to aviod this at all costs.

If I had your level of bodyfat, i'd be in heaven bulking and not worring out getting a belly that flopped over my belt line, lol.

lol, I could have used a (couple of) Knob Creek and ginger(s) but I didn't want to get a buzzzzz.

I practiced lamaz every 15 minutes, the stories these bastards come up with are overused, like this:

Tomorrow I'm heading out to do it again... but pre-researched, so going to see 2 vehicles at different places... hopefully less stress and no bullshit.
