1st week back on track 5 reps, next week triple, next-next week single
CGBP: Barx8, 95x5, 135x5, 155x5, 175x5
Front Squats: Barx8, 95x8, 115x8
Bodyweight Dips: 6 reps, 5, 5 ... felt solid again.
Decline Crunches: BW+10 for 3 sets of 8
DB Shrugs: 105's for 10, x10
V Bar Press Downs: 110x15, 130x15, 150x15
8:15pm - 9:10pm
last car shopping day complete, not an even "good" or acceptable eating day. Reward Post workout meal = Wendy's classic triple with cheese... the fries were nasty and old so i didn't eat 'em.
