I have added a bit of a twist on the hypers....


One you come up so that the back/hams are straight......focus on flexing the hams and glutes to continue bringing the upper body beyond the straight line.....allow the knees to bend a bit and it REALLY REALLY hammers the hammies

I never need to cheat, I just live vicariously through YOU! lol.....maybe maybe this weekend, if I start, I wont stop.

As far as BIGT, I'm in touch with him...he's doing well....took a week off due to a stomach illness.....he's dropping weight faste than JKurz...

JP: I love quiznos... it's not close though, so I'd be more of a destination rather than, "i'll just drive through wendy's on the way home" type of deal, lol

AL: No. I can do those all day with loads of weight. I'll start doing GM's again soon no doubt.

TS: Isn't that what a hyper is? Hyper extending beyond being straight? ... either way, lol... that's what i used to do when i'd do 'em :)

Why are everyone's logs all about food today:( I want a classic triple with cheese. BTW..went to the wendy's web site out of curiosity... 970 cals, 59 grams of fat, 38g carbs, 70g protein, and 100% pure fast food goodness.

You're gonna be hitting 230 in the a.m. no problem bro.

I didn't eat much all day yesterday... that 1,000 cal hit was needed :chomp:

From the top portion on..the back angle isnt changing...its the flexing of the hams that continues the motion.....shoulders to lumbars = no change in angle....

on a 45 degree hyper, of course, you cant get perp to the floor...but the movement is the same

yep.....do all the ham raises after the reps for the hypers have been completed

ie - set of hypers finishing off with the glute.ham raises.....

Was able to pick up the new cah tonight instead of tomorrow... missed my lifting window of opportunity though with my gym closing at 9pm. Better off any way, lower back is whack... if it's good tomorrow I can do GP Rows instead of T-bar.
