- My left bicep: There is a very acute pain on the inside near middle of it, quite bothersome.

-rotators: need strengthing and/or maybe a true deload or just a week or two off then start some rotator strengthening. Hoping that may help my over head pressing.

*half rep to the back, then repped from the front... crap. fuggin hard. my OHPing sucks. No more standing OHP for me. For now.

CGBP: Barx10, 120x8, 145x8, 185x6*
*1 more rep than last "light" day...still can't get 8 reps outa that yet.

Seated DB Military*: 45's for 6, 50's for 5, 55's for 5, 60's for 4.5**
*Full ROM, touch top of delts and up
**65's x 8 I did early July at bodyweight of 195.5lbs...wtf


Decline DB Bench: 65's x8, 70's x8, 80's x6*, 85's x6, 90's x5**
*took long break after these, my workout pace is too damn fast
**could be a pr?.. Shit! 90x6 with "holy shit!" next to it in my training journal from june... wtf part II. Looking forward to reading opinions on my pressing issues.


fluffernuter with a side of cardio:

side raises: 20's for 10, 25's for 8, 20's for 8
db upright rows: 30's for 8, 35's for 8, 40's for 8
rev. pec. deck: 60x10, 70x5, 80x5, 90x8


decline abs: BWx8, BWx8

1 hr later had a grilled chicken pocket with peppers, cheese and soy sauce

And note I felt the same irritation briefly in my right bicep last night... came and went fast though. My left feels fine again, stretched it out real good during and after pressing while in the gym.

I've been hammering presses for a long time now.

I'm thinking deload due to the previous DB numbers I could hit. But then I think I just got another PR on flat benching.

Need advising. Even if it's: "Shut the fuck up, your flat is progressing, quit your bitching"

lol.

Another "thing": my 1 rep recent PR of 225 lbs felt as though I had another rep or two without a doubt.

but:
185x6 = 215x1 max (per Starr spreadsheet)

Possible that some people's body's are better naturally at lower reps? If so, should I just stick with just singles and triples?

Or, the gym where I hit 225 lbs, the weights are under weighed... that's what i'm kinda worried about.

- As always, I really appreciate you guys that have helped me so much along the way... Not gettin' too sappy on you, but I know it's good to hear and you should be aware of how much of a huge positive impact you've had on my lifting since August/September :beer:
