HiDn: Thanks borham, appreciated in every way
CK: hehe, thanks. Those were taken pre-x.rays and pre-"I need to do core work now" posts.... you're sweet
*B.Bunnylicious*:
Thank you
Treilin:
Thanks!! Hmmm... no, nothing concrete...though it's never concrete with me and will change around unless I tack it on to my already outlined workouts. SO... for now, i've been doing weighted crunches and some hypers in the gym with my lifting... at home after major stretching session I do some planks, supermans, and leg raises.
Most importantly, what's helped the most I think is keeping my lower abs tight throughout the day, while sitting, walking, everything. It's quite a choir to consciously think to do it all the time... but I haven't had any lower back pain like before... in a few days since i started. Yay
It'll get easier with time, I'm sure.
I've done weighted abs 2 days in a row this week...abs don't feel abused, feel tight and strong. I don't want to "over" do it... how many weighted ab sessions should I do a week you think? Or just go with my body... a few here and there before each 4 days a week lifting session (to stay tight for the workout, ect)?
