Run cycle now or save for later? PICS! 22 year old.

I remember when I first complained I couldn't get any weight, I thought I had tried everything. But then I actually counted my calories, I was barely getting over 2000 :O. I'm 5'9" and got to a 420 lb squat, 485 deadlift and a 315 bench and I am DEFINITELY an ectomorph. Whole milk, chicken, brown rice, ground turkey and eggs were my diet staple for bulking. They should be a part of your diet as well.
 
Well I'm an endomorph. Can down 5000 cals a day and still be hungry, but it will also make me a fat fuck. I don't want bulking advice if it involves getting to a bf over 20%. No offence, but I don't walk to get the look of your avi stevesmi. Been there on last cycle. Yup I lost alot of muscle, most likely.


I want to bulk with high numbers of protein, carbs and fat. About a 40/40/20 ratio, with at least 300 grams of protein.

But this cycle will happen. All I want is advice. Cut further for summer, start lean bulking now (max 4000 kcal) on cycle OR lean bulking after summer on cycle. Don't worry. I AM listening.

And no, I am about 175 lbs bone dry. Weighed myself now.

we're not saying eat fast food and fried chicken all day.. we are saying eat good fats, complex carbs and solid protein.

well if you looked like me last cycle your weight would of been somewhere around 225 at 6 feet cause I am only 5 6 and 185.. so your PCT must have sucked and you aren't eating and working out hard enough to lose 50 pounds of pure muscle.

ummmm yeah that is what we suspected, you definately aren't 190, and for your height you should be pushing 200 before you even sniff roids

in bold.. tried to be as specific as possible and answer your points, hopefully it makes sense.. otherwise I am at a loss for words

at your size and the diet you are on you have got to be out of your mind to run tren. you are just gonna set yourself up for severe recovery issues and a dissapointing cycle. you came on here for advice and there is a consensus of

1. fix your diet
2. fix your workouts
3. gain about 25 pounds

you do not seem to want to listen to anyones advice and want to do your own thing so really I will bow out of this thread and wish you luck in your gamble
 
At least get your diet tuned in for a couple months before the cycle. You could probably make better gains in those few months without aas than what you're doing now + aas
 
The best decision I ever made was to allow a group of guys get to know me. In doing so they cared enough to tell me NO, even when I did not want to hear it. I was making gains in my late twenties at a pace where people thought I was juicing.
 
Why would recovery be harder now than later?

If I were to bulk naturally, I am worried my test levels are messed up from last time. Always have that in the back of my mind. Feel that my boys never bounced back to the size they were :-/
 
recovery is harder when you dont have a solid base to start with... you are skinny, your bulking pics just look like you just bloated...
the longer you hold onto muscle, the more the chances you have of keeping it during recovery... fresh muscle is easily lost...
you do not look like an endomorph... just like you were ignorant of your own bodyweight, you need to not be scared to gain a LITTLE bit of fat in the process...
 
dude there is NO WAY you are 190lbs. im about your height and im 188 in my avi. you look like your probably 160, maybe 170. You dont need juice. It doesnt sound like your gonna listen. but you need to just work harder and eat more for a while.
 
What do you guys think about a couple months lean bulk and then cycle? Clomid/nolva to make sure test is up to date?
 
You need to learn how to eat the right way or u aren't ever gonna grow into a bigger person. Unless u are gaining natty u aren't gonna have a successful cycle.


Pics don't do people justic people never beleive my weight in pics but always can in real life so if u really are 190 I'm sure u look a little better in person.
