Injured my rotator cuff side-arming a light weight box into a trailer at work. I felt a slight pull, but stretched it out and thought nothing of it. I went heavy on shoulder exercises for the next month, but found it more and more painful each time. I've layed off for the last two weeks, but did some stregthening excercises with bands and a few light weight front and side lateral raises on cables today without pain. Does anyone have a good routine to rehab? I was told I could do anything but overhead presses by a buddy of mine. Any ideas?
