Just going through the motions. Just maintain is all I care about while dropping 1/2 lb bodyweight per day the last 6 weeks. Will do heavy RDL tomorrow for my 2ndary deadlift day. Most likely 485 for sets of 5. Will be spotting the wife doing bench with 198 for a 5x5. Cant wait to see it happen. Ive never seen a powerlifter in the course of a 4 month training cycle be able to do a 5x5 with their previous best 1RM in competiton. This is going to be epic. Basically a 20% gain in bench strength in 4 months. Ok everyone have a good weekend and get Strong AF!!!

Seems as though my body found the floor from going to a cruise dose. Too bad I have to be in a sling for 3 weeks post surgery. That will be 3 weeks out of gym. As soon as the sling comes off I'm at least doing leg ext, leg curls, and leg press. I bet my legs end up getting super strong by summer time.

I'm not worried one bit. In fact I feel good since I can put more effort into turning my wife into a world class athlete. In the course of 12 weeks she is now doing a 5x5 with her 1 rep max on bench press. That's unheard of. And she still has 3 weeks left to increase her numbers. Her 1 rep max when we started September 1st was 198. This Friday she is scheduled to do 203 for 5x5. Next week she has 209x5x5 scheduled and I believe she will do it.

Look at all her muscles under tension doing deadlifts.
