Pretty excited about todays session. Bumped up the incline bench by another 10 lbs two weeks in a row now. We decided to go down to 7 reps since that is what we are doing on the other big 3 lifts. Everything I am doing now is near maximum strength as I cut cals down and add tren. I am thinking of front loading the tren since its a long ester E. 300mg week 1, 200mg week 2, and then 100-150mg each week after for a total of 7 weeks. As soon as I get off the tren the dbol will go in and the cals will be bumped up to finish the strength muscle building cycle. Ok everyone have a good finish to the week and get Strong AF!!!

Decided to move weight up 40 lbs this week on SSB Squats as we are nearing the end of using this bar so wanted to go heavier. Got out 3 sets of 5 reps. Then we tried out a semi regular squat bar with a curve to ease the shoulders back into using a regular bar. So we might use the duffalo bar going forward now for the remainder of the cycle. It feels good, but my legs were already getting fried from the ssb squats beforehand. Would be nice to hit 425 for sets of 7 next week on duffalo bar. This basically seems a deload day since we hardly did any volume or execises. I think I will be refreshed for next week squats. Ok everyone have a good weekend and get Strong AF!!!

2nd Deadlift session this week in the books. Just going easy and putting in the effort somewhat. Have lowered dosages down from 1000mg Sustanon to 375mg Sustanon and down from 750 Deca to 375mg Deca. Also still using 150-200mg EQ. Will lower doses again next week to 250mg Sustanon, 150mg Deca, and 150mg EQ for remainder of the year. Weight really starting to fall off my frame. Currently on just a cruise of 250 Sustanon and 200mg EQ per week. Also using 1.5mg Semaglutide. Have lost over 20 lbs since I hit my peak a month ago. Really considering going sub 220 by end of year. Cant train the way I want so might as well shred up so when I can train harder I will be able to make gains without so much added fat. Now is the time to make that 220 weight class a reality.

Decided to go easy today. No reason to mess up the shoulder when I am already doing 2 deadlift sessions per week. I think I am not going to lift more than 500 on deadlift until many months after surgery. Its so close no reason to fuck it up. The wife hit 402 on deadlift today. Super proud of her. She is on track to hit a 450 deadlift at May's Nationals. The amazing thing is she she has tons of fatigue with the amount of volume each week. 402 while in heavy training means she could probably taper to as much as 440 if fully rested. You certainly do good on these big training on the legs. @RoidRage69 One thing I'll say about you is you do have strong legs. You might even be as strong as me or maybe even stronger. But no way are you more of an alpha.11/21/25

Seems as though my body found the floor from going to a cruise dose. Too bad I have to be in a sling for 3 weeks post surgery. That will be 3 weeks out of gym. As soon as the sling comes off I'm at least doing leg ext, leg curls, and leg press. I bet my legs end up getting super strong by summer time.playa u strong still bro

I'm not worried one bit. In fact I feel good since I can put more effort into turning my wife into a world class athlete. In the course of 12 weeks she is now doing a 5x5 with her 1 rep max on bench press. That's unheard of. And she still has 3 weeks left to increase her numbers. Her 1 rep max when we started September 1st was 198. This Friday she is scheduled to do 203 for 5x5. Next week she has 209x5x5 scheduled and I believe she will do it.yea youll get on the horse bro dont worry
