Had a decent session today. Went up 20 lbs on deadlift and tried hook grip. Wasnt going to happen. Stupid bar slipped out of the hand on the 2nd rep with 475. Horrible bars with hardly any knurling. Used a ton of chalk didnt help. So decided to go over under for the rest of the sets. Will most likely just go over under as I seem to do well with it. If I tear a bicep maybe they can reattach it better than they did the first time. LOL. Bent over rows felt good with 315. Will most likely go up to my max of 365 again starting next week since I have more anabolics and androgen on board. Ok everyone have a good week ahead and get strong AF!!!

The grind never ends. I just started back on 500 test, 200 NPP, and 300 EQ so it will be a while before strength goes up. I figure next week we should start seeing things move up again. I haven't decided yet if I want to cut hard down to 220 or give body a break and grow. I got some hip issues going on now that I want to fix so it's a decision to make shortly. We planned on both competing in first week of May but the wifes mother passed away so not sure if it's time to do so yet. Life seems to get in the way. If things progress well and we feel good we will enter the comp. Just don't want to go half ass it.Still putting in the work day in day out 24/7 grind...

I think I will try these each week and see if we can get out mulitiple sets with 10+ reps. Should be doable as the androgens start kicking in. Ok everyone have a nice finish to the week. You dont need to use straps when you go over your bodyweight and do sets of 8-10.Never tried a mag grip for pull down, any benefits for utilizing that style grip over a tradional bar ?

Did pretty good today. Did 3 sets of incline and close grip with 315 today. Will up to 325 next week or stay the same and get out 4-5 reps havent decided yet. Might even do something completely different and just do medium grip and do sets of 3 and pyramid up and then do heavy singles until failure. All depends how we feel. Lots of time left until we peak. Still waiting on my cycle to arrive so still just doing a total of 1000mg between test, npp, and eq. Seems rather light to me so my body obviously can handle a quite a large volume. Very eager to try out Primo and add in Tren again. Tomorrow is deadlift day so its going to be a doozy. Planning on doing a few sets of 5 while pyramiding up and then doing heavy singles until failure. Hoping to hit 635 someday soon. After that we will try 365 bent over rows and then maybe back to 500 lbs on the shrugs. Time to go heavy again!!! Ok everyone have a strong week ahead. Get Strong AF!!!

Well today didn't go as planned. Tore a calus on my hand on my 585 deadlift. At least I finished up with some heavy bent over barbell rows with 365. Didnt even think about doing shrugs as I would have to go up to 500 lbs with a torn calus and there was no way I was going to go through that pain. Will let it heal and be back to normal next week. Well today I could really feel the androgen load. Was strong AF!!! Multiple PR's. I could have gone even heavier on lat pulldowns. 265 felt good. 280 is going to happen next week!!! Took 30mg Superdrol 1 hour before workout. I could feel it. Looking forward to taking 3 days per week pre workout. So this is my current cycle now until Mid March and then I will add in Tren.

This is starting to get fun!!! I am pumped for the strength I am obtaining. Considering my forearms and elbow were on fire I am very happy with todays bench session. Tied my PR with 365 for a single and then went on to do 3 sets of 5 with 315. Just so you know how much my elbow is on fire just think of as unracking the weight and not knowing if your going to drop it on your chest or face. Shooting pains down the arm. This is all because of squatting the day after doing heavy lats and other stuff. LOL. Will definitely be icing today. Doubling down on the anti inflamatories for the next week. Also did some good damage to the dip machine. Put 4 plates on each side on my final set and got out 8!!! Wife had to use all her weight to help me into the machine. Wife kicked major ass today. She got out a single on the bench with 195. She is definitely on her way to 225 for a single come competition time in May. Once she starts on the NPP in 12 days things will start to get really interesting. Ok everyone have a nice week ahead and get Strong AF!!!

I feel like I am dreaming. The weights are just to damn light. I can't imagine what things will be like when my cycle fully kicks in. Next week I start up on Tren. I just started creatine loading this week. Today I just started on 50mcg IGF-1 LR3. Things are going to start rocking here in a big way. I was able to increase my close grip lat pulldown by 15 lbs this week for another all time best. I am one pin load away from the entire stack. Never thought I would be able to be so close to maxing out a cable lat pulldown in my life. The cool thing is I did heavy deadlifts yesterday and my back is fried today before going into the gym. I think my deadlift is going to go way higher than I thought once I start tapering and cancelling out certain exercises. Its going to be a fun ride thats for sure.
