Mood= Great (Thank Goodness not crusty today I can't stand to be around myself when I'm like that but for some reason I can't get away from myself either, err)
Soreness= Chest, back, hams, quads a bit tight
Weight = 158

Food = Food

Weights WAYYYYYY tonight like 10ish will be back and abs

Notes:
-Going to get my recert for CPR and First Aid this evening at the Fire house :qt: Only reason I'm not dreading sitting for 3 or so hours Muhaaaa
-Water intake has been going good. Minimum of 5 qt's-8qts a day. Even if I am chugging before bed to get it in :lmao: right SBT
-Noticed hunger peaked yesterday evening. I ate food earlier then normal.. less spacing so I think that is why.

Have a great Turkey Day tomorrow who all that applies 2 ;)

Yayyy for being in a great mood :elephant: I totally know what you mean about hating feeling crabby but not being able to help it!

Good luck for the re-cert tonight. I'm sure you'll do just fine! :rose:

Mood = Good
Soreness= none
Weight= 160.2 ( a new record ever)

Turkey day. I so did not eat enough yesterday. I ate only 1700 calories roughly, all CLEAN. Last couple days holding water I think salt increased in some of the foods which is causing that. So today trying to limit NA content. Water intake has been good though so I know I'm getting enough at least 6 qt's a day ;)

Today same as always as far as food.

Weight quads and calves tonight!

Notes:
-Just a busy weekend of studying and bro and family visiting with me.
-CPR course was the best one I ever took. The courses are getting a lot better then I have taken in the past. More hands on. They play a video and you have a dummy and then they show like an incident and scene on the DVD then they give you time for you to react to the situation. I also got trained on AED useage those are really easy to use. They say they are idiot proof but honestly I think they would give some people a hard time to follow the directions accurately. Needless to say.. I am re-certified ;)

i tried to get a gig a few years ago as a "dummy" in a female lifeguard cpr course...i had a problem floating so i got showed the door

Hey you! Just wanted to say thanks for pushing me through the leg workout tonight... I think it was one of the better ones that I've had in while... maybe I should be a smart mouth a little more often before the gym :FRlol: :lmao:

Oh yeah... and another big pat on the back to ya for the water intake today :drink2: :jarswim:
