So I killed the legs today...again I just had this high rep fever. I am not really sure where its coming from. I dont question it though. I am a big advocate of instinctive training and if my body says back off and so some fu**ing reps...that's what I am gonna do. Gotta listen to the body...especially this close to competition. So here it goes

Exercise1 leg press

The pump in my legs today was unbearable but I felt they looked great! I didn't go heavy at all but I had no need to! The workout was super intense and I was covered in sweat afterwards. It takes big time to push through that burn...especially with legs but the sense of accomplishment afterwards is awesome!! Here is a crappy pic for your viewing pleasure. Hopefully u guys can make out the veins on my super pale legs!

So high rep week continues and I feel that I looked pretty damn good today. More and more people are starting to take notice and that makes me feel really good. Today was back and I killed it! Here or goes

Yes...only 4 exercise bit a shit load of reps. My back was supper pumped and I could see all the detail...including the veins wrapping further around my lats! Christmas tree keeps getting sharper! I feel my back is gonna be very stroganoff for the comp! After the workout I did my 20 mins of low intensity cardio and called it a day! Ready for tomorrow and everything it has in store! !

So I am finally finished with high rep week after not updating for a couple of days. Yesterday I killed shoulders and today or was arms. As I said...I continued the high reps up til today and it was a nice change up fore the week. I feel great and I think I look even better. Lol. I am looking harder by the day and my vascularity is gettin crazy. Some people are telling me I might be too lean and hard too far out from the show. Ha ha. (5 weeks out tomorrow) I have been keeping my weight up though! I have yet to drop under 200lbs even though I continue to get more lean! This is a good thing of course. So here is the past couple workouts.

Both workouts were a lot of fun and really good workouts. The nice high rep break has really helped out my joints this week as well. I am looking forward to kicking up the weight next week! Time to get back after it. I gotta keep this hard dense appearance! I am gonna keep improving and I will have a good showing in the jr division at the MS. This I promise.
