So I just finished chest and I killed it!! I felt great after my super high rep week and I felt I looked really good. I still have to get more lean and more separated bit the vascularity, dryness, and hardness is getting increasingly better. I am even starting to get that grainy appearance in my shoulders and chest. These last 5 weeks will be absolutely perfect!!

So as u see I had a pretty good workout! I felt very strong and my endurance was up there for sure! My biggest accomplishment was the bb flat bench. That was literally my first time back on flat bench in over a year (due to my severe tendonitis) and I felt very good. It was a bit awkward at first and I did tire out pretty easily but the pump from it was great!! Hopefully I can start putting this exercise back in to my chest routine! Thanks for all the support guys! I will just get better!

Gonna make this quick! Awesome leg workout today! Fasted cardio at 6a.m. is working wonders already! Tightening up even more by the day! On to the workout!

My pump tonight was insane! It was actually painful! Lol. I felt I looked good though. Veins are stretching around to my outer quads now and they are looking even more grainy every day! I will keep improving! I decide!

At 28 and close stats, I feel so beat up after a straight 15 years of lifting.

Thanks UA!! I understand the beat up part. Not quite as much time invested as u but def not far off either. Started lifting at 15. Lol. I do have a massive passion for bodybuilding. For me its not just a hobby but a reality of my future. Of course I have a long road ahead but my ultimate goal is to step in that stage as a pro. Dont lose that passion man! I think so many people after a while just get stuck in that routine of going to the gym that it becomes more of a habit than anything. Even if u never plan on going pro...set a goal to compete even just a small show...this will completely get that passion jump started again...nothing will make u want to grow more than a 17 week diet!! Lol
