So I haven't posted all weekend because I have been out of town visiting the old ladie's family hit now is a good of a time as ever for an update!! So I last left u with a shoulder workout and I never updated after my arm routine. I must say it was a little crazy even for my taste. I decided to go extremely high rep as u will see but the pump and vascularity was CRAZY!!!

So as u see my rep range was crazy high and it was a very fun workout that took me only about 25mins. Again the pump was INSANE. It def was a nice change up. The crazy thing is that I aid that workout only on 50g of carbs! I can't wait to sew the changes this week! I started 100mg win ed yesterday and I am ready to see what happens!! Only 6 weeks until the show and I can't wait!!
