So I continued to have another great workout day. Shoulders have become one of my favorite workouts and I killed it today. The pump was great and I felt that I looked really good.

Exercise1 db military
100sx15
110sx12
120sx8/drop to 75sx8

Exercise2 behind the neck Smith machine shoulder press
3 sets x12 with a 45&25 on each side


Exercise3 leaning db lateral raise
25sx20
35sx20
45sx15

Exercise4 upright row/front raise(45lb plate)
135x15/45x12
135x15/45x12
135x15/45x12

Exercise5 bent over lateral/rear delt rope pull
25x15/55x20
25x15/65x15
25x15/80x12

So as u see I did a few different things and picked up the volume a bit but I felt great. Since buying the compression sleeve my elbow has gotten much better and with that so have my presses! I started with heavy compounds as usual and finished with some high rep supersets and this formula has worked wonders for my shoulders! Please continue to follow guys! Thanks for the support!

So I haven't posted all weekend because I have been out of town visiting the old ladie's family hit now is a good of a time as ever for an update!! So I last left u with a shoulder workout and I never updated after my arm routine. I must say it was a little crazy even for my taste. I decided to go extremely high rep as u will see but the pump and vascularity was CRAZY!!!

Exercise1 bb close grip/superset with bb curl
145x70/55x65
145x70/55x60

Exercise2 rope triceps extensions/superset with machine preacher curl
30x60/65x65
30x60/65x65

Exercise3 bw triceps dips/superset with high pulley ripe hammer curls
Bwx25/35x60
Bwx25/35x60

So as u see my rep range was crazy high and it was a very fun workout that took me only about 25mins. Again the pump was INSANE. It def was a nice change up. The crazy thing is that I aid that workout only on 50g of carbs! I can't wait to sew the changes this week! I started 100mg win ed yesterday and I am ready to see what happens!! Only 6 weeks until the show and I can't wait!!

Ha ha ha. Thanks man. Sometimes its fun just to do something crazy. My arms were sore before the day was over! I will finish up around the same time as my show. I will pull the test about two weeks out and all injects about 10 days out and run the win all the way through!

Nice. So basically start your pct right after show lol.
 
Nice. Just give your body a break though, time on (including pct = time off). Dont want to cause any problems or decrease the effectiveness of lower dose cycles.

Dont worry man. Def gonna give the body a break. I will be Getting all the anabolics I need from the food I will be eating. I already have the off season diet planned. Lol. 4,250 cals over 6-8 meals. Its gonna be great. Ha ha.
