So legs were today and I felt pretty damn good! So far that's two really good workouts down! Vascularity keeps coming! I had hamstring veins popping today! Lol. So here it goes...

Exercise1 leg press
7 plates(each side)x20

Exercise3 stiff leg deads

So as I said before I felt pretty good. The leg press really warmed me up and I felt very loose on squats. I was a bit fatigued however. Lol. Dreads I felt great as well. On the superset I did them non stop...going from one exercise to the other then repeat...no rest. I also threw in a little low intensity cardio. Nothing crazy...just 15 mins on the maximum incline. As I said yesterday...I hope the good workouts continue to be this good throughout the week. I feel all the gear is really starting to kick in...thus the good gym performance...lol. I will continue to kill regardless!! Til tomorrow!

Sorry I didn't update last night. Got home and ate and got caught up in the heat/Celtics game. So I continued to feel good this week. Every day I am improving and my client yesterday actually told me I was starting to look nasty! I took it as a compliment. Lol. Legs are actually starting to look grainy. Veins are popping everywhere!! I am def satisfied with my progress and I will continue to improve!

My back was completely toast but I felt great and got a really good pump! I am very excited to be having the good workouts here this week. Add the improvements I am making in the mirror and u have the recipe for ultimate motivation! Can't wait for shoulders today!

So shoulders were tonight and they went pretty well. I wouldn't go all the way to great but it was a good workout. My vascularity is getting pretty crazy. U can see slight feathering in my quad. Back is looking sharper every day with veins popping in both lats. Waist keeps Getting tighter. I will say my chest has flattened out a bit but its all good! Time to kick it up to another level!

So as I said above...it was a pretty good workout. The shape of my shoulders is coming in nicely. The hardness and separation is better every week. My shoulders are probably my most vascular muscles outside of my forearms so it has been really cool to see the road map veins stretching out across them! Time to keep getting better!!
