So I made another more major change to my diet yesterday. From here on I dropped my carb total to about 150g. This amount is spread across my first 3 meals and then no carbs for the rest of the day. Everything else remains the same. My carb meals are oats(meal1) and sweet potatoes(meal2&3). I feel like I am starting to see even more changes on a daily basis now. Energy levels are def low in the afternoon but its all worth it!
