Question on cycle

6"0 165 23yo training for 3 year off and on.

I'm running sus 10 week at 250/week
Deca 9 week at 300/week
Dbol 1-4 at 40 ed.

My question is about running beast from week 9-13 at the end. With liver clear every day from the end of dbol til the beginning of beast and eod during beast.
 
You weigh 165 @ 6 ft?

Yes, very lean. Always have been with a metabolism like a beast. I do 4400 cal a day with 185g min of proteins. And am still lean! :()

Bro I have said this so many times and I will say it again for your benefit.
At your size and weight bro you really would be best off to put your gear in dark cool place and save it for a year or 2. Your body is not ready for gear yet, you do not have a foundation for maintaining and keeping anything that you will get from the gear.
Man I am really not being a turd here I am only trying to tell you the truth.

Your diet and your workout are totally wrong for you that is why you are 6' and 160 bro.
I can tell you without even knowing what you eat and how you workout!
If you will let me I really wanna help you out and here is what I wanna do for you.

Doing 900mgs of gear a week at 165 pounds is like putting jet fuel in a lawnmower.

With a metabolism like yours you really need to learn how to put on weight AND keep it naturally or your more likely than most to lose it.
 
I have tried many things to put on lean mass, it just doesn't happen. Tons of food and hard work still didn't do much of a trick if any. Thanks for the comments tho, got the gears turning upstairs

Food has to do the trick.. It's what we use to build muscle/function.
Eat high calorie foods each day, lower cardio? Lift bit lower rep range and add milk in, don't count it as calories and if you don't put weight on there's something up lol..
 
I'm going to try and add MORE food into my day. Basically non stop eating. "I eat because I'm unhappy, and I'm unhappy because I eat" sorta mind set. I like zed's link I think that is a great fitness plan. Thanks.
 
Then your prob. burning too many calories.
Just workout 2/3 days a week if your not gaining.
Have more Low-GI carbs and unsaturates.
Anyone your weight and height can gain.

I never understood this.. if you know what you eat and you are not growing eat more.. thats it..

drink milk
add olive oil
eat more meals
eat bigger portions
whatever.. just take in more cals..

also increase your protein content as well..
for 1 month eat 6k calories and 300grams of protein.

YOU WILL GROW.. 100%
 
Turn up the protein bro! You have to gain SOME kind of weight. Also, maybe change up your weight lifting routine. Lift heavy. EAT. You will grow. My friend was in the same position as you until I asked him to tell me everything he eats within a day. I made some major adjustments to hit diet and he went from 6'0 165lbs to 185lbs, still shredded, all natural.
 
Unfortunately at your age your metabolism is at its highest. I would go on a high calorie diet and lift and you will make gains. Your metabolism will slow down when you hit 40 , then you will be like , I wish I was 23 again.. lol.. and LMAO at Nelson and the jet fuel in the lawn mower comment. Im rolling....
