hi all:
new member here....
I have a question about freezing foods. One of my biggest problems is lack
of time during weekdays as far as food preparation goes. A friend suggested
preparing meals for the week over the weekend, storing them in meal sized
bags and freezing them...so on the weekdays all you have to do is take the
meals out of the freezer, thaw, reheat and eat.
What I am looking for is if people already do something like this...what
kind of foods do you cook and freeze? any recommendations? any pointers
and things to watch out for? My regular diet includes lots of rice, potatoes,
eggs, chicken, veggies, dairy products.
Any and all advice is much appreciated. Oh yes, my goal is to gain about
4 lbs of muscle mass a month...i am currently around 163 lbs and 182 cms
tall...a bit on the slim side and i need to lose a bit of fat too.
thanks
