on wed i shoot into my left quad than an hour later both quads got hard and sore like i worked the hell out of them later they were sore to the touch .they stand that why till Fri afternoon then my right one is ok unless i press hard . the left one is still hard and sore with a little presure.was of Thurs Fri went to work the left still same i work at an industrial laundry walk cement floor 10hrs a day very hot at about 12noon my left knee swelled not hard more like water retain any ideas
