Yup, Kingc hit it right on the head, I could care less if they were giving me weird looks, it was the reverse hypers, I was following the 9 week, I was following the beginner wsb so tonight what I did was
Monday - Max Effort Lower Body Day
Box Squats 3 sets of 5 (3-5 warm-up sets)
Good Mornings 3 sets of 5 (3-5 warm-up sets)
Pull-Throughs 4-8 sets of 8
Pull-down Abs 3-7 sets of 8
Hanging Leg Raises 4 sets to failure
Reverse Hypers 4 sets of 8
Overall felt good pull throughs were the only thing I hadnt done before, I had put box squats and good mornings in my routine before this so I already felt good with my form etc on those two
Would sldl's be my best choice to put in here? ive done those in my last routine as well and I definitely like doing them
