almighty christ... about time, so tonight is my official first night back after my awesome time being sick.. woot for infections. AND... I will!! take pictures tonight, i already have my camera in my gym bag, can't wait. Past few weeks i haven't been hitting the weights, but i have been staying on the diet, seems like the first week i lost maybe 10lbs... i think a lot of it was water/crap..
just going from like whatever eating to focus eating, but now its kinda leveled off.. shrug,
not concerned with numbers until i put in a few months.
Tonight is gonna be mostly chest.. and some cardio.
Going to try to spend the first week back just doing one muscle group each workout night, 1 rest day, and strict diet.. don't wanna burn out or get sick again..
