I have been working hard on the abs. They feel pretty hard now but I need to lose some more bf for them to show. It is my goal for the end of the cycle.
Thx bro. I went from 4 big meals a day to 6-8 smaller ones. I aim for about 50 grams of protein each meal all from lean sources (fish & chicken with the occaisonal filet mignon). I have limited carbs to about 100 grams a day, except for the one cheat meal a week. I am sitting around 2000 - 3000 calories a day. My metabolism is fairly slow so I can put on mass quickly (meso/endo type) but fat usually comes with it if I am not careful.
onceyou figure out the diet and cardio that works for you, addin some clen and t-3 in there along with winny...man you notice another 5x improvement, over the awesme progress youve made so far!
