Progress Pics! Before and almost After.

Posting up some pics of current progress. Not quite finished with my first cycle 500mg/w Sust. Got about 4 weeks left on a 16 weeker. The before pic was taken in March. Didn't take one right before I started my cycle. So I was in a little better shape before I started. I am 5' 10" 35yrs. 210 in the before and 232 in the current pic. Let me know what you guys think.

Yea, can't wait to start cutting. Got a few more weeks left on this bulker then I am ready to start.

Actually I am not eating like alot of people recommend. When I first started I was eating around 5 to 6 small meals a day and taking protein shakes 3 times a day. Just didn't like the way I felt eating like that so I changed to 3 to 4 larger meals a day and 5 protein shakes. I usually eat a lot of beef...NY Strip steaks and very lean ground beef. Also lots of chicken breast and fish. Lots and Lots of rice. That's basically it. I vary it as I like.
 
your gut is too big. I guess is some water retention, try lots of fiber and clean up that diet.
and do a lot of cardio (running will help wih the gut)

Congrats! from the 1" by 1" pics I can tell you made some progress. I'm going to have to go Platinum soon I guess. Can you post for non-plats?

Not to dam bad for 4 weeks! I think you will see if you keep eating clean that your potbelly at bottom will go away very easy on a 16 weeker for sure! I would add some serious crunches just for crazy results..Let me say ppl thought i did situps in my picture and i did, like 20 years ago lol ! Point? test will melt that belly off easy with good eating habits! Just lift smart, dont pull a tendon and you will be happy your ran it! Now fu@king train hard and GET BIG! or cowboy up lol......

Do you have an idea of the amount of calories you're taking in? I just finished a 16 weeker and only went from 205 to 218 at 4500-5000 cals/day. I read about your gains and wonder what I might be doing wrong.

I would say roughly around 4k a day. I haven't been counting the calories at all. But I haven't been eating any junk foods, only eating what I posted earlier.

LOL! Yea I know, but I really have not worried about it at all during my cycle. My goal was to put on muscle and add some good strength. I plan on taking care of the gut soon. I actually may do one more bulker this winter then cut up really good come spring.

looking good bro, but i hate to be the bearer of bad news but i think you got some gyno going on there bro. Did you have that since puberty? Hardness or is it just puffy? I'd run some a-dex and nolva in there for a bit and i'm sure when you cut it up a bit, you'll lose most of it, grant it that it's not hard mass behind the nips. You'll have a nice frame once you cut up.. :)
 
I don't think thats gyno. He just has some excess body fat.

I think people get gyno paranoid. If they don't look like womens tits it ain't gyno imo.
 
Nice progress. Hit some smaller meals and shrink your midsection. If you do women will not be able to say "no" to you ever again!!
