problem cutting?

I put up a post earlier tonight on the diet board and my responder said I should put it on this part as well. I am in week 5 of my 100mg eod tren, 50mg winny ed cycle. I am 6'4 270 13% bf. I have a great diet going 40%protien,40%carb,20%fat, taking in 2500-3000 cal a day and drinking 1-1.5 gallons of water. I am doing 30 min of cardio after workout sessions. I am still not looking any leaner. Should I use fatburners and if so what kind? very frusturating, help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
 
diet is always key.

2500-3000 is a pretty broad range. also, you don't need to account for calories for fat bodyweight. base your calories on lean bodyweight.

tighten up your caloric intake to maybe 2500, and adjust from there.

you can add fatburners, but diet will be key.
make sure you are eating th right stuff...complex carbs, yada yada...
 
I would look at your diet like the others have said. I personally would start to lower the cals maybe by about 50 every 3 days or so till you get to a level that you feel works for you. At your body weight you don't want to go to low, I figure between 2300-2500 sounds about right. Fat burners are an excellent addition. Lipo 6 by Nutrex is a great product, Thermorexin is a an ephedrine free product sold at the anabolic fitness store and it's works just as good, if not better than any ephedrine based supp I have ever used, so thats another option. Also make sure your eating the right foods as thats very important as well.

cycle your carbs (more on training days barely any on off days) and whats your age?
 
do cardio on an empty stomach. After working out, provided your workouts hard, which I am sure it is, your not gonna be burning fat. Also try to center carbs around workout.

Calories are calories, regardless of fat, protein or carbs. I replied to your thread on the diet forum.
