bleach works, but be carefull, i burnt the fuck out of myself trying to get rid of poison ivy.

you will like this though muscle wasting through use of cortisone (of which prednisone is a synthetic analog) was in the past combatted by taking deca durabolin
if you got an informed doc he might remeber this and prescribe it (good luck) but i doubt it
so if i was taking prednisone i would take clucosamine, calcium and juice thats my opinion
